i would do like a -4an...9base3 would know best though since he recently did it. i am just going off what i helped my friend make last year

thanks. another question. I don't see many people posting about it or any write ups in any mag. but has anyone kept there water feed for the turbo? I wanted to do this to keep the thing as cool as I could when the outside air temp is up around 100+. and would -6 lines be to big? or just cap them off and just use oil with a dual oil cooler set up?

apexkw 03-24-2004 07:06 AM

it depends on the turbo. for example i run an rx6 which is only oil cooled...so i have the water lines capped and rerouted. my other friend uses a 60-1 which is water and oil cooled so he has a line running there also.

Ok my turbo is a turbonetics T04E b.b. P trim. but still is -6 lines to big? or should I go with -4 like for the oil feed?

-6 is WAAAAAY too big. -3 or -4 is perfect. If you go to a -4, just use a -12 return.. and a -10 return if you do the -3.

Chris,

PM'd you about the water lines.. Didn't mean to mislead ya! Thought you were talking about the oil lines.
