jon, first, have you put a scope on it? you want to be sure you are getting a good clean signlal and that the square wave is square. also, are you set for internal relcutor or hall effect and do you use the msd signal conditioners or not. they originally had me using the signal conditioners and the hall effect type setting. we pulled them off and went with internal reluctor. pull up your maps and see what your settings are and let me know? thanks. -gordon

hey chris. you know what i mean. the msd triggers on the falling edge and not the rising. also, if he's using signal conditioners, the falling edge on the square wave can get jagged and taper off instead of cleanly going down at a 90 degree angle. if that's happening, he won't trigger accurately. -gordon
