hey guys im currently stuck on the gt42/gt42r right now running full divided twin 38mm wastegate manifold on a 13b-re (cosmo) my question is for those of you running the gt42 (any motor) when are you obtaining full boost? what type of ports are you running? see the thing is yes i want large numbers out of the set up but i dont truelly want to be drag, more interested in drift 400ish. but i personally dont want boost at 3g pushing 350 at that rpm i want my numbers to be on the high side of the rpm band not right away.

now i know there are those of you scoffing say that turbo is just too big for drift not enough response yad yada yada im really looking for some outlook on hte setups of those of you running this size turbo, also if you guys with the t78 plus could chim in thatd be great.

thanks in advance

If you're looking for 400 hp near the top of your rpm band, than I would recommend going with a GT40 with a larger sized exhaust housing. This will get you into your hp range and it won't spool as quickly. Talk to Sean at A-Spec tuning.
