That turbo is very large, it might be too large for your application. I've always looked at it as a pure drag turbo. You could probably go with the t-78 and make the same power on the street with a more usuable power band. What are your plans for your car....boost, style of driving?

this will be my weekend driver most of the time! im looking to get between 470hp to 550hp to the rear wheels. it would really like it if i can get 500hp or more if possible. i am looking to get the most resonable power from this. right now im thinking about using this car as a everyday driver with this type of power but not to sure yet. if you have any suggestions i would be very helpful. what do you think would be the best type of turbo kit for this! im still looking around but still like the t88. thanks

Oh, I just responded to your email regarding your questions.

the t88 is very big. it will easily let you run 600 rwhp or more. it will be veryu laggy below 4500-5000 rpm though. many people find this a bit too much lag for even weekend driving, if its not for racing a lot. the greddy T78 will let you run 450-500 hp at 20-25 psi. this is commonly done. i run around 410 at 17 psi and so does al900rr and a few others. the T88 is better for bragging rights and will certainly produce more paek hp. but, it would be a waste to run oit at 450-475. there are many singles that will do that that are smaller than the T88. T88 and Kai's are all good for 600+. -gordon

i agree with gordon. i made 413rwhp @ 13psi on my stock T78.... there is no need for a T88 unless you are building a race car . i really need to redyno and get a smooth graph :bigthumg:
