Can't realy identify without measurements, but looks like a T-04B/E mated to the stock rear. Similar to a hybrid turbo.

So it could be a TO4B hybrid?What type of power do you think this thing is good for?He's taking offers on it.

That's a T04E compressor housing. 6 blade 6 splitter = T04E. 7 blade 7 splitter = T04B. The trim of the blade is most likely 60 but it could be a 57.

Yes, it's called a "high flow" over here. People commonly get 300~350whp with the right tuning, boost and port.

I would guesstimate about 250~280whp but port type, DP size, exhaust size, injectors, and tuning will be the major factors for HP production.
