Motor was rebuilt.... When boost hits it starts cutting out.

I can watch my O2 Sensor drop to LEAN when the boost comes on, So I let off the gas.

So I was thinking it was a fuel problem. So I strapped my camcorder under the hood (Where my Fuel Pressure Gauge is). It never dropped below 40 PSI. There was no change in the fuel pressure.

Help?

Haltech E6K running in Closed Loop, Open Loop makes no difference. Injectors were cleaned by RC.

i guess its the secondarys that fool you.

check the injectors that they work, and check your injector hardness.

i'm not familiar with the haltech, but maybee it has injector test?

could try to high up the transition % between pri/sec injectors, and se if the point of break out change.

Thanks for the reply. You are right on. I think I found the solution, My 2ndary's are mapped rather low. Looks like the map I used as a base was configed using 850cc secondaries and I have 550's

I'm going to reload with a generic map and see what that gives me.
