looking for a good place to get a turbo rebuilt and done hybrid....
|
there are probably a number of excellent turbo shops available. there are also some shops you wouldn't want to deal with. i have been dealing with Kevin Draper at Majestic Turbo in Waco Tx. Kevin is, above all, a racer. he built the turbo system for Racing Beat's Bonneville RX7. we have a project currently going that is one of a kind and Kevin was so interested in it that he un-solicited gave me his home number with directions to call him at any hour of the night when i got it fired up. Kevin knows rotarys too. my turbos have his bullets replacing the compressor nut (more airflow) and 4 ounces machined off the turbine center. his pricing is quite reasonable. as i said there are other good shops beside Majestic but Majestic should be on the call list.
good luck, howard coleman |
does BNR still do the T04 hybrid?

My Majestic turbo lasted for about 900 miles before it started blowing oil again.

I had some work done by BNR last year and they were great. Bryan was very helpful the entire time. Their website is down but the link has a phone number and email address.
