thats a nice price but i dont want to ahve to modify them.

isamu 05-02-2005 11:56 AM

I'm using two of their pro-import 1680 injectors in my TII. They fit in the secondary rail without modification. They were more expensive though.

Why would you have to modify them? They are the import style injectors not the high impedance domestic's like many of us purchased before these came out.

vosko 05-03-2005 12:01 PM

so those are a drop in on a T2 rail???? sweet. i know somebody that needs a pair real bad

rxrotary2_7 05-04-2005 06:29 AM

I could save you about $40 on those...

ccarlisi 05-04-2005 08:56 AM

I've purchased about $700 worth of fuel system parts from Keith (rxrotary2_7) over the years and have gotten nothing but first rate service. He's one of the few dependable guys in the rotary world. Cheaper or not it's worth buying from him.

vosko 05-04-2005 11:10 AM

well then i know who i am calling to bother next time....!

treceb 05-04-2005 02:56 PM

just got my fuel stuff from keith also. everything looks good and hes great at returning emails.

definitely go with him vosko. youll see the stuff soon.

vosko 05-04-2005 04:40 PM

i've known keith for a long time. i just didn't know he could get those fuel injectors that are compatible with a stock T2 rail. i also didn't ask haha

jspecracer7 05-07-2005 09:38 PM

haha. Yeah you have to ask to find sometimes. I had some stock T2 injectors laying around and when visually comparing the two they look very similar.

spooliNrx7 05-10-2005 08:38 PM

haha I just ordered a pair of these today. We'll see how they work.

Keith,

I need 2 of these injectors right away. How do you want payment? My Groundzero lower accepts 4 and i only have 2. I might need 4 if these are different than the ones i have now.

on a FD you need a new fuel rail that keith also sells

treceb 05-13-2005 02:06 PM

so you need a fuel rail but no resistors/clips for these injectors?

vosko 05-13-2005 04:26 PM

the only difference on these injectors is they will drop in a T2 fuel rail, the domestic style that everyone normally uses is different. keith knows way more about this than i do, you guys should really direct the questions towards him*cough* *cough* https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

silvr94r2 05-13-2005 07:35 PM

Nevermind Keith.....went to your website and bought a set. How soon will i get them?

Are these injectors Hi or Low impendance?

I have bought from a forum member marren FI p#05160. They should be Low impendance. However they are 5 Ohms, which is somewhere in between the low (2-3 Ohm) and High (12-13 Ohm) impendance type.

spooliNrx7 05-19-2005 10:09 PM

Just dropped these injectors into my secondary rail on my S5 TII. They dropped right in with NO modification required, only needed to use the lower grommets off of my stock injectors. Pressure tested the system and no leaks what so ever.
