Ok, well it's back up for sale, and this time it's DONE!!!! We put this car up for sale almost a year ago but since the car needed the computer and a fuel stuff we took it off the market. The car is owned by my brother (FC Alex on this board). The car is a gem, it's beautiful inside and out. He is the second owner, originally the car was bought from Jap Trix in West Palm. The car at the time had a ported TII engine and a 62-1 turbo. After the motor went out with that set up, we decided to do something a little bit different. The mods on the car today are as follow:

Engine and Drivetrain:

13B-RE twin turbo Cosmo motor, rebuild with Rotary Aviation Apex seals (motor has about 3k miles since rebuild, but it has about 22k original miles. We opened up the motor not because it was blown, but to put the Rotary Aviation kit on it so it would hold up better on the long run.

• Series 5 5spd tranny

• ACT Street/Strip Clutch

• ACT Streetlite Flywheel

• ACT Heavy Duty Pressure plate (also got an Xtreme pressure plate if you want it)

• Garrett GT-40 turbo (less then 500 miles)

• HKS exhaust manifold

• HKS 40 mm wastegate

• Custom 4 inch turbo back exhaust (comes out of one side only, not dual)

• Aftermarket accessory pulleys

• NPR front munt intercooler with custom intercooler piping

• Greddy BOV

• Custom Fuel Rails both primary and secondary

• Brand new Bosch 850 cc primaries, and Brand new Bosch 1600 cc secondaries

• Brand new Supra Fuel pump with additional relay

• Aeromotive Fuel Pressure regulator and fuel pressure gauge

• AC blows cold, no power steering though.

Interior is in awesome shape (seats were re-clothed not long ago), no tears on seats, no stains.

Wheels and Suspension:

• 17x9 wheels up front with 235/40 tires (new), and 17x10 wheels in rear with 275/35 tires (50% tread left). Don't know the offset off the top of my head but they sit flush with the car.

• Tokico blues struts and H&R Springs

• Cross drilled front rotors and brand new brake pads all the way around.

Electronics and misc:

• The car has a nice stereo, CD player, Pioneer speakers, small sub and amp.

• Python Alarm

• Autometer Shift light

• Autometer Boost Gague

• Autometer Oil pressure Gauge

• Greddy EGT gauge

• Electric Fan

• Greddy Profec B boost controller (the original profec B)

• HKS turbo timer

• Series 5 tail lights

• Microtech LT-8 Stand Alone Computer

I'm sure I'm leaving out some stuff. The car is awesome to drive, but my brother has to give it up due to the fact that he drives to school 30 miles each way every day and he can't afford two cars right now. Car runs great, it has a basic fuel map right now (waiting on the tuner to fly up to fine tune it). To be honest with you the car has been babied since the swap. It has never seen boost higher then 8 psi, and that has been very rare at that.

If you have any questions feel free to email me raftyrey@hotmail.com or call me at 407 973 1214. My name is Rey Lorenzo.

Price $8500 obo. No trades unless it's a clean FD

Here are some old pictures. Will get more as I get some time. Please note, the engine bay shot was prior to Microtech and with the old smaller turbo.

These shots are old keep in mind, prior to Microtech wiring done, which eliminated and cleaned up the engine bay a lot! Also the upper intake manifold and elbow were powder coated so it looks much better. Please note, the car does not have the lip on the front bumper any longer. It never fit right and it came off.

Please note, this pic IS with the GT40 turbo.

So... a GREAT shape '87 N/A with blown motor is worth... $1k? So you're offering $2 for a car that is worth 8-9k?

Car was tuned last Friday. It made 342rwhp at 6k. We had some voltage issues caused by a bad alternator so we didn't want to risk hurting it. We didn't want to push it on the dyno, but the alternator has been replaced since. Car is fully tuned and it pulls very very hard.
