Actually he was an older black dude, I would say in his late 50's or so. the guy seemed like a nice guy and had he just said, "hey sorry i'll keep an eye out for that from now on" i would have been fine with it, although the charging for a full month thing would have been an issue. but you sit there and call me a liar, give the customer no way out ya kinda screw yourself.

I know it's possible to snag a hose and tear out a faucet, I did that. Well I didn't break it, I just bent a whole lot. (faucet sticking out of the ground)
