oil pressure gauge not working

yea the needles all the way down and wont budge, i wiggled the plug but nuthing, about 2 weeks ago it worked fine. maybe the sending unit is bad?

Obviously, if your car is not overheating, then its the sending unit or the connector or the wiring. The sending unit sits below the oil filter and, over the years, gets oil dripped on it. The connector can lose connection from the oil and greas fouling. Take the connector loose and clean off the connector end of the sending unit and the wire end connector. This fixed the same problem I had.

Kind of unrelated, but my temp gauge stopped working, we went and got a new sending unit. Bam, fixed.

the connector for the gauge likes to come unconnected, look there and you probably have a dangling wire
