I can take care of the importing part because i can import it through the Navy so i get very good discounts. It's the legalizing issue im concerned with. If it's way to much i know ways around the legal thing (my own way), depending on the car of course. Thanks for offering the help you were talking about.

send an email to them im sure they could talk to you about maybe helping you out with legalization but would most likely want to do the importing themselves as the legalization is part of the process

You are very, very, VERY misinformed about importing thru the Navy. Did you know you need a STATESIDE title to bring a car back from Japan to the United States or else the Navy will not ship it? This is a new millenium....they used to allow shipment of cars w/o titles back about 5 to 10 years ago but not anymore.

I was under the impression the newest car you could import from Japan and register to drive was a 92 or around that year. Was I misinformed?? I might have to import a latter model FD than my 94 in the future.
