ok well i need to lower my boost...with a boost controller i can only increase it by limiting the amount of air that gets to my wastegate actuator. how can i lower my boost...?

Yes that’s the line.

Yes a boost controller will only raise boost. To lower boost you need to put in a softer waste gate spring on an internal waste gate like the stock turbos use not going to happen sorry. While your turbo is out take it to a machine shop and have them port that waste gate! You will inevitably get boost creep so you need to port her. The only way to keep your boost down right now is keep your foot out of the damn thing. You are also at the max your TMIC can handle and the limit of the stock turbo so if you push past 12psi your out of the turbo efficiency range plus heat soaking your TMIC.

my turbo isnt out of my car...i have 2 motors...and 2 turbos. and 2 intercoolers...basically i have 2. so anyways can i port the wastegate myself? i need to reduce my boost creep before i blow my motor. i am keeping my foot off the gas for now...but its tough. ill have my FCD done by next week sometime but ill still be boosting too high and i dont want to boost so high that my injectors cant handle it, or my engine just blows...

You can port it if you have the proper tools. Do not boost over 8.5psi on stock injectors or you will run lean and pop the motor. Get some bigger secondary injectors like 720 or 820cc injectors.

the easiest way to reduce boost is to go back to stock.

stock airbox should help a lot.

To control boost:

First - port the waste gate so it can flow more.

Second - straighten the actuator rod to lower the spring tension on the waste gate door arm.
