sony wants to make all the time it took old people to read the manual and figure out how to use the stock radio just like they did when they owned a 62 thunderbird and THROW IT RIGHT OUT THE WINDOW!!!!

One problem is, the single DIN units are harder to use for some people because the unit is so small.



My sister's 6 has the gay integrated sterio thing,but it is soooo easy to use because of the nice big buttons.

Crapola! Even if the Supreme court did, in fact, make such a ruling, it would be quickly snuffed in the appeals process.



My guess is it's the beginning of a ploy to force car manufacturing companies to put the stereo system components up for bid in the open market, which isn't a bad idea, until you think about the largest stereo manufacturing companies being able to always submit the lowest bid, due to their enormus buying power of all the components to make their products.

the stereo in my toyota is made by Pioneer, so i guess its exemp from this case?
