Yep i would say someone's *** all the way, the resolution of the two pictures are different and it's obviously chopped to hell... it could even be a fold in the skin, like the backside of an elbow or knee.

now that i can actuly understand what im looking at (just been able to get outta bed the last day or so) it does look like a photochop job.. pretty bad one too..
