Have you checked the TPS? That's usually where the culprit for idling.

As for running really rough, could you explain a bit more? It could be a number of different things.

NA transmission will be torn apart by the rotating power of the turbo engine, also, clutch and flywheel size are different so look into that as well.

It's usually recommended to mate NA engine...

It could also be that the engine has been rebuild by the previous owner, but the rear rotor wasn't done right... cause compression for front is 110 and for rear is 65-70 is a very weird combination,...

Blue smoke is engine oil. Sitting around for 4 years would possibly mean the oil seal is stuck and oil just sits there and get burnt away once it's moving.
