Water, water every where!
 

Going to keep it short and simple. Last week i started my 8 and i was getting alot of whit smoke I shut of my car and it leaked out about a quart of coolant. Checked for anything obvious, nothing, topped off. Ran motor till operating temp, during the wait I checked for leaks and nothing. I shut it off it spit out coolant again. So I pulled the thermostat out, topped it off ran it again, it did it again, but this time it over heated and my driver side floor mat was soaked. It has been running at normal temp and oil pressure. WTF is going on? Anyone know?

Sounds like your first problem coud be as simple as the radiator cap. It is a simple an inexpensive fix. Coud be the coolant bottle as well. I advise extreme caution if you attempt to remove the overflow bottle. The line that runs into the radiator becomes extremely brittle over time. Break it and you just bought yourself a new radiator as well. Be extremely cautious of over heating the RENESIS, this engine can see catastrophic failure at temps of about 235F degrees, and your dummy guage will not move until coolant temps reach 230F, not much room to play with at all. When you say you started it and saw white smoke, was that immediately out of the exhaust? If so let it sit overnight and then pull the spark plugs. if you see green coolant, it means you have failed water seal(s), and the motor is pretty much shot. Obviosly it will run, but it will need to be replaced or rebuilt.

Coolant inside the cabin can only be one cause, and that s a failed heater core (has a hole on it). you can disconnect it and run a bypass which will eliminate your immediate problem. The trade off you will have no cabin heating. To fix it (replace the core) the dash has to be disassembled. A laborious time consuming process, for a relatively inexpensive part.
