Noiticed last night at the dealer (we are trying to sell amy's car). The instructions were for the dock workers and it stated to run the car at 4,000 RPM for 30 seconds or something like that when they move the car, it also had instructions on how to unflood if flooded, apparently if you hold the pedal to the floor the computer will cut the fuel off.



I wish I could have snagged them, but I think the salesmen would have told me to **** off, he was a dick.

A salesman at work had his flood on him. I told him to try the pedal to the floor trick but it didn't work. Mazda towed it and replaced the plugs under warranty. Hasn't happened since.

Mazda has been putting out updated code for the ECU to help minimize this problem. Also, your correct. The car is setup so that if your cranking with the pedal all the way down it cuts fuel to the engine.



Best thing aparently now though is to get the latest (Rev M) flash. It is aproved for any car, wether they are having problems or not. TSB is here:
