Hmmmm? I Did a search and didn't see anything come up on tail pipe turbo kits. Am I missing something?

A generic kit runs a third of what most kits go for..... and are "IMO" easier to install. Why isn't this being done more on RX8?

The only thing I can think of is that there is no room for a tail pipe turbo

no demand for it, no ecu maping avalible for it, no place to mount the oil return pump. and no place to stick the turbo. the turbo would be dragging on the ground damn near. i did a STS unaversal remote mount turbo in a colorado 5 cylender. was alot more work then it was worth and very expencive when it was all said and done. i believe the owner had 6500 to 7000 dollars invested into the turbo set up and ecu reflash. so your idea of the remote mount turbo coasting less is wrong.
