Hey guys whats up.

I am the third owner of this FD. the prior two owners Were a father, whom after owning it for the majority of its life, Sold it to his daughter, whom I in turn purchased it from.

The vehicle has been garage kept its whole life, never been left exposed to the rain or elements all night or day. The interior is in immaculate condition, with no cracks or warping on the interior pieces or leather. The carpet still looks brand new, with no stains or discoloration whatsoever.

The leather seats are perfect, with no cracking or discoloration. (minor wear on the drivers side left, but I've heard that to be normal). The stock radio, cassette, and CD player are in perfect working condition and the speakers play music crystal clear with zero distortion. Power antenna works great!

The Tires are Falken Ziex's and still have plenty of meat left.

The body itself has 154k on it, doesn't look even a shade remotely over 50. It also has a fresh Professional paint job on it that is 5k old. The paint job was a respray of the cars previous color. The paint job was done with quality in mind, not one of those **** maaco ones that alot of cars out there today have. The motor has just been rebuilt 15k ago. I still have all receipts and records for work and labor, as well as parts for this rebuild. The turbos were rebuilt 5,000 miles ago as well. The engine never overheats, never leaks any fluids whatsoever, and never smokes! It loves to be driven! I've also added the K&N Lifetime air filter, that has about 158 miles on it. The AC works great!

The vehicle was serviced at the dealer for all tune up's and fluid changes!

I also have records and receipts of ALL of these service appointments and Mazda full circle inspections dating back a few years. Each of these shows specifically what was checked and how it was graded. Good , fair , Poor. The vehicle was checked over thoroughly, and every category (brakes, clutch, steering, suspension, etc) passed with flying colors, earning the highest rating possible on the score sheet. However, as with any car there might be something that I'm not aware of, but I've made the most accurate description I can. All recalls that were open for the car have been done with proper documentation to show it.

The only after market modifications to this car have been a boost gauge to monitor the turbos, and an after market heat treated down pipe to keep the engine bay cool and healthy. I have all documentation for this also.

This car is nearly 100% stock, and Completely OEM. Many people that have seen me driving it cannot believe the age of the car when I tell them it was made in 1993. I really don't want to let it go, because its one of the few FD's left that are almost completely untouched.

This is a one of a kind car that has seen the good life, and I'm hoping someone else can keep giving it that. I love driving and owning this car to no end, but Debt and bills don't understand that. I need to have it sold relatively soon because of a family emergency I have to take care of. If anyone wants a fax or scan of the receipts or proof or work done on the car, such as the rebuild receipts, etc, I will be more than happy to fax or scan/email them to you. Car is located in Orlando, FL. I will ship the car no problem as long as you take care of the costs.
