I recommend stayin away from this purchase.

To make a long story short, I drove on a rented SUV from Jersey to Florida this Saturday

for 12 straight hours to complete the purchase of this car. It was guaranteed an a plus

from the dealership...single owner trade in mint withour issues...

I get there expecting to drive her back home to see....

repainted areas with overspray...

leaking oil pan gasket...

leaking turbos...

no boost...

oil residue on the entire engine bay passed off as dressing...

very little coolant on the reservoir with oil residue on the fluid contained...

no brake fluid on the master cylinder....

idle unsteady...

they insisted...i resisted

service manager insisted dealership maintenance certification with flying colors prior to having me come down...

they expressed rock solid compression as well...

i asked per chance how it was done..

err..uh...

it was a obvious nothing was done to this car outside of detailing...

needles to say i ended up driving back..

total loss of 2 days...gas and rental dues...

they didnt even pick up the taxi tab back to the rental agency....

if you still want to consider this car..

i suggest an offer of half of what they offered me 5800..

Sometimes cars look so good especially when you really want one or have been looking for long. Too bad there was'nt anyone local who maybe could have checked it out for you first.

Then again when the dealer assured you the way they did you probably felt safe and trusted them, scumbags.

I bought mine with 53,000 km amd a new engine from Japan (with paper work) which I had to break in, no rust, original paint, new tires and rims, never winter driven. Mind you I could have gotten a new sunfire for the price, but who the **** wants to drive a sunfire.... :bigok:

I bought mine in Ga.. i've since been spending time fixing owners neglect. The car is finally getting to the point in which i'm happy with it. I just can't believe the neglect some people do to cars :( it's sad.
