Let me know what you think. Oh yeah, the truck is near Seatac and Midway (near Seattle).
Tom asked if I could list another rotary powered truck on some rotary forums I frequent. If you've seen my website, you've only seen this truck's engine. http://www.geocities.com/cd23c/cars.html#b2000 Now you can see the rest of it (scroll down). $6500 is what he's asking for it. Here are the basics: '86 Mazda B2000 LX with a 13B. Runs well and looks good. Engine: Four port 13B made with... 12A end plates GSL-SE rotor housings '89-'91 NA rotating assembly; rotors milled for 3mm apex seals '89-'91 NA flywheel and clutch Racing Beat 600CFM Holley Racing Beat intake manifold Racing Beat (white) air cleaner assembly with foam filter Racing Beat header with Prima flow muffler (modified), it sounds unique '79-'82 three row core radiator '79-'82 oil cooler electric fan Ignition: DLIDFIS See pictures below '81-'85 electronic distributor BUR7EQ in leading BR8EQ-14 in trailing Three GM HEI ignitor modules, three '81-'85 coils Transmission: '83 RX-7 bellhousing and gears with '86 B2000 tailshaft housing and shifter Rear end: '89 B2600i 4x4 housing with '74 REPU 4.60 geared diff (I really like this feature) Driveshaft: Custom built one-piece with '74 REPU universal joints Body: Recent paint. Red is stock, Yellow is '93 RX-7 Competition Yellow Mica, Silver is from an '80 RX-7 we think. It still looks great. Aftermarket alloy rims with decent tires Plastic bedliner in good condition Interior is in good condition as far as I can remember. This info is all to the best of my knowledge (I think I got everything right). Please send me a PM with your contact info if you're interested, and I can relay it to Tom. |
I can't see that link, is it yours? If so copy and paste here, if not... copy and paste here LOL
Is it local? |
Going to fix it right now...
I'll go ahead and upload the pics and info to this server then. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png |

Thanks! Wow, nice setup, wish I had the cash. LOL I could tow the boat with that.
|
I'm glad I did. Your server is so much faster. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png
If you're even remotely interested, I could get you in touch with the owner. That REPU diff is very nice for towing. I should know; I've got two '74 REPUs with the 4.60 and they work very well. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png |

Wow.. That truck is built to perfection! It's amazing!
I love those plates.. I thought I had the idea first and I was going to get them for my next RX7, but you beat me to the punch. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...>/bigthumb.gif |
LMFAO. Awesome license plate!!
That thing is worth every penny if somebody picks it up. Lots of modifications. GSL-SE housings https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif And I see it is a TYPE R?? Odd. |
Yeah, the previous owner (before Tom) is to blame. Type R is a Honda thing.

Nice and I like the plates.
|
LOL! You should never, ever be a Rikki. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png
Yeah, I like the plates too. It's kinda funny seeing an 8 in there, it makes me think V8 in the first split second whenever I glance at them. Then I remember that it hates pistons. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png |
Bump.
|
