Like the description above says, this car has to go, I found a 3rd gen RX-7 for a reasonable price and I am now abandoning my restoration plans for this nice 1st gen.



1985 GSL-SE, 13B EGI, Racing Beat header installed, the car is stock but is being sold with many new parts I bought to upgrade the car with. The Odometer reads 188K miles, the car starts fine with no smoking and runs strong. No power steering, AC installed, compressor runs but the freon in the system has leaked out.



List of parts sold with the car and not installed (will not sell separately):

Power window regulator (used), Haynes overhaul manual (used), Strut tower brace (new), Steel braided brake lines (new), Cross drilled rotors (new), Cone air filetr (new), Front and Rear wheel bearing sets (new), Clutch slave cylinder (new), Brake master cylinder (new), Gear shift boot (new), Front control arm bushings (new), Tie rod ends - pair (new), 4 KYB struts new in box.



The car has a couple of rust spots on the body, this car originally is from Ohio and is now in South Florida. Asking $2000

To bad it is not in Washington State. I would have loved to look at it. I have been looking for a decent first gen for awhile. All I have been coming across is junk up here. Just curious but how bad is the rust on it. The pictures show door and wheel well rust.

Yeah, too bad you're far away. The rust is not too bad for a car that's been up north for 20 years, there is a little on the door bottom and on the edge of the fenders!
