I am posting this for a friend that doesn't post much on these boards. I have seen this car in person and I think it would make a pretty good daily driver.
Car Info: Car is a 1988 Mazda RX-7 Convertible. Power windows, power mirrors, black/blue interior, leather seats. Stock 4 piston brakes. 5 Speed, 139,xxx on the body/engine. Interior: The interior is a bit rough. No rips on the seats, but the leather is cracked. Dash has no cracks on it. Some small cracks and a few small pieces are missing. The carpet is in pretty good shape though. Overall the interior is a 6.5/10. Electronics: All lights works. Idiot lights go on and off sometimes, so it most likely needs to be rebuilt. Has a pioneer cd player with stock speakers. Windshield wipers work. Convertible top works fine as well. Exterior/Top: It needs a new top. Has S4 TII mirrors and S5 Tails. It has recently been primered and is ready for paint. No major dents, but a few small ones. And the hood is aluminum. Transmission: 5 speed. Has new shifter bushings. No grinds. Drive train & Suspension: Stock suspension. Diff mount is broken, but an extra one will be included. Engine: Has new power steering lines & ps fluid. A couple vac lines have been changed. Pulls very nice. Oil has been recently changed as well as the filter. Coolant has been flushed recently as well. Throttle body has been changed. Mods: Cone filter Strut tower bar Problems: Has a vacuum leak which makes it idle high (1,500 rpm) Exhaust rattles Title on hand and ready to sign over. Asking Price- 1750 obo. The car is ready to view, but I will not be including the S5 rims with the sale. I will be putting on some S4 TII rims instead.
