I have a 79 Rx7 that I would like to sell. It is in marshville NC. It has 118k miles on it. I got it with the intentions of making a beater car but I just bought a vw bug and my time is all going to it. The car is in great shape for its age with very little rust. The worst of it is on the sunroof and the hood with it blistering. The floors and frame look good. I was just going to get it driveable and the body the way it is. I couldnt find any dents on it anywhere. The paint is a cheaper single stage spray job. It would shine up well with a little compound. The whole car is stock. The engine runs but is in need of a fuel pump or tank. Im not sure which. The carb was rebuilt by the previous owner so it should be good. The car will start and run for a few seconds if you put a little gas in the carb. At one point it was running fine on its own but then died out and I found it had no fuel pressure. The engine compression is good. To get the car drivable all you would need is to fix the fuel problem, replace the brake master cylinder, and replace the clutch slave cylinder. The brakes are good all around. The rears have newer shoes, wheel cylinders and drums. The fronts have newer pads and calipers look fine. Tires have good tread but are dry cracking. The interior could use a dash cover and a drivers seat cover. It has a clean nc title. $900obo. I can deliver this up to 200 miles for 1.25 a mile one way.
