They're 15x7 PCW Model 151's. A silver 5 spoke design. Mounted on them are 205/55R15 Kuhmo Escta Supra 712's with about 6/32nd's tread left. Also included would be a Red TII hood in perfect condition. It just needs paint to match the car. If the hood isnt wanted, I can sell that seperately. I also have many, many, misc parts, such as an extra limited slip diff, extra set of two 4 piston brake calipers, a replacement driver console, 2 Stock TII intercoolers, etc.. And also, everything I pulled off the car (S4 Turbo, A/C system, Clutch Fan, Air Pump, Fuel injectors, Fuel pump, Exhaust parts, ect..) I have it street tuned pretty well at the moment running about 12 psi boost. I havent dyno'd it yet, but people with similar mods, running a tad over 1 bar were making around 320rwhp. My car probably isnt close to that because of tuning. It just needs a little time on a dyno to reach its full potential. Now for the bad things... -The cold start system was removed, so it doesnt idle well until at operating temp. -The oil metering pump was removed for reliability's sake which requires premix in the fuel. -There's no radio. It was stolen and I never replaced it since I hardley listened to it anyway. -The intercooler piping looks like crap, and currently has 2 small pinhole leaks, which I'll be fixing as soon as I get around to it.. -The brake booster doesnt work.. It never bothered me, and I actually like the extra feedback it offers, so I never fixed it. It just requires a bit more pressure than most cars. I'll start my asking price at $6,900 or best offer. This is for the car, all mods, spare parts, extra aluminum TII hood, extra set of aftermarket wheels... everything... I just bought a sportbike (02 Honda CBR954RR) and I no longer have time for the car. I love this car, and I really dont wanna see it go.. But I rarely drive it, and I'd rather see someone else enjoy it than to see it sit. I'm also willing to consider trades. I'd be interested in a motorcycle (for track use) or a nice daily driver of similar value, or less + cash. |
Price is negotiable.. Make some offers.

interested?
Perhaps.. Details on the explorer? |
The explorer is a 94 sport edition. It has 141000 on it but it still runs like a camp. Its 2 door and 5 speed manual with a new clutch, new brakes, new tires(30x10.5 BFGoodrich All-Terrains), new stereo with new stock front speakers and 8x10 pioneers in the rear. I also just replaced the driverside lower door hinge so the door would close properly and now it works like a charm. The paint is in great shape, and the motor has been maintained regularly. The only spot of rust on the body is inside the driver side door jam and is only 1/2 in by 3 in. PM me if you want pics or more details. Also, I want to know more about running Pre-mix as oposed to the oil metering pump. Im kind of new to the rotary scene.
I might be interested.. Post pics and I'll consider it. Though a problem has risen with the car. My daily driver recently threw a timing belt, and while in the process of fixing it, I was daily driving the car. It drove perfectly up until a few days ago, when it started dying speratically. It seems like something electronic, because it'll die, then I jiggle stuff around and it starts and runs like nothing happened. Other times ot wont start, so I repeat until it runs. Being electrical, it might take a while to troubleshoot. It could need something as simple as just a new set of plug wires, or it could be something much more difficult. So until I can figure it out, I'm lowering my asking price to $5k firm. As soon as I get it fixed, I'll retune and be asking $6900 OBO. |
this car has no problems at all! the rims are staggered 18x8 in the front and 18x9.5 in the back. the system is loud.....very loud. this is not the fastest car but its pretty and it'll get you where you wanna go without worries.
