I'm looking for an s5 shifter and shift knob. doesnt have to be a short shifter, but that would work as well. I'm also looking for a stock S5 steering wheel, doesnt matter if its TII or GTU, whatever.

Well, I'm not looking to pay more than about $50 or so. Does the shifter have the knob with it?
