Anyone in Western Washington with good 1989-1991 front end parts should contact me. If you don't have the parts but can find them, let me know. PM or reply here. I would prefer black parts, but I'll take anything I can get if its cheap and in good shape.

I need:

1 Hood (preferably aluminum https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...)

1 Passenger's side fender

1 Bumper cover and all parts underneath

1 Driver's side headlight assembly

Anything else I need, I will add to the post as I discover it.

I would like to get my car fixed up as soon as possible and I need all the help I can get. Thanks.

enough with the bumpity bumps before you get bumpity bumped in the head.

dysthymia 10-24-2002 09:57 PM

Do you understand what its like to have the most important investment in your entire life destroyed by some uncaring piece of ****? If you have any inkling, you'll let me keep bumping my ad to the top of the page. I need this to be current for as long as I'm looking for my parts.

If you can't understand that, then you're just as big of a jerk as the guy who hit my car.

Seppuku 10-24-2002 10:26 PM

dude i was kidding i understand what your going through and i hope you find the parts soon

Yeah, that's cool, but they aren't Mazda parts. I'd prefer used Mazda stuff in good condition to cheap-o aftermarket stuff.

I appreciate the help, man. Their catalog is pretty ******* cool, though. If worse comes to worse, I'll be going with them.

If you go with aftermarket try to get them local instead of Victoria British.

Any body shop can get those parts, do you know anyone who works/owns a body shop?

ECKO1980 11-09-2002 02:01 AM

Hey if your in western WA try calling Coveys Mazda parts, they are in marysville and are basicly an RX-7 junk yard. They should be able to help you out. My bro has an aluminum hood..hes selling BUT we dotn know the cost of shipping..Maybe if you buy the hood..we will throw some other **** in you might need...I hate shipping and wished you lived closer..

Contact me on aim ..icq..or email...

dysthymia 11-15-2002 04:54 PM

Thanks for the leads, guys.

Rob, no, I don't know anyone who runs a body shop, unfortunately. I'll ask my dad the next time I see him if he does. He's a mechanic for the DOT, so he might have a hookup.

Ecko, I know of Covey's, but they've always had really high prices whenever I've called them before. Add that to the fact that I've been hemmorhaging money lately, I don't think I can really make a serious attempt to contact them. I'll keep both you and them in mind, once I can get the cashflow in order.

Sorrow, again, I'm deadass poor right now, but if you can find out the shipping cost, that would help.

Buy the parts aftermarket if you are having no luck with used parts.

Trust me the OEM Mazda stuff isnt ALL that great, lol
