Wtb: 99'spec Front Bumper

Hi everyone! 
I was wondering if anyone knows where to get a used or cheap 99' spec front bumper from. I need one ASAP as the body shop is putting my car back together. If somone could help me out I would GREATLY appreciate it! All I need is the front bumper, possibly a kit if someone can get it as cheap as or cheaper than $1,100 shipped. Thanks for the help guys.
