He's talking about the banjo bolt hack.

I would advise against it, but you'll find a ton of discussion on the subject with a little searching.

I don't know how far I'd trust a used PD. I found Mazdaformance to have the best price when I was looking a while ago.

Buy new. You dont have the headache then of wondering when it willgo and your block will catch on fire. So again, buy new.
