i dont ever recall there havin been oem skirts available..

they were most likely aftermarket ..

there are factory skirts but for 99 and up, and there are little pieces that come behind the rear wheels on 93-95's but i think it only came on some specific models.

They WERE available before '99 .

They were available in '92. IGY had a pair on his car when he bought it.
