I need an 1988 Convertible ECU model N338 . If anyone has one that works, they can get rid of, or knows where I can get one, please let me know. If there is any upgrade to that model (i.e. N326 injects more fuel...or something) let me know. Thanks, Jack.

That is what I am running on now. Temporarily though. I really need the N338 which is what came out of it. Two wires in a harness running behind the alternator, rubbed through and shorted out in turn frying two circuts in my ECU. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/dry.png so I yanked an N326 from a base model, and it starts and runs my car. I havn't discovered the difference between the two ECU's, but I'm sure there is some sort of a difference. My conv. top works, pwr windws work, cruise control, power steering, rear defrost; it all works. I think that maybe it has somthing to do with the fuel delivery, timing, or some sort of performance calibration that I can't see. Oh well until I can find an N338 ECU I guess I will just have to run with the other model. Thanks, Jack.

I have an 88 N338 Factory ECU. Problem is....

This ECU is for a Turbo 2. And you have a convertible. Are you planning on completing a turbo swap or something and need the ECU?

Anyway's, just letting you know the N338 is a turbo 2 ECU not an N/A

Thank you,

The stock ecu was an n338 because verts and t2s are the most highly modified factory produced rx. suspension and what not. The N338 is what came out of my car. I know this because i called Hays' Rotar*y(*©) in Washinton state and they told me that is what came from an 88 vert stock.

Are you telling me that you have one? If so, $149.99?
