I have a new in box Haltech E6K w/ terminated harness and 2 bar map, i think I also have a connector kit in there, I'd have to look. I bought it off a guy with a twin turbo vette who abandoned the project, and due to finding out all the good tuners around me use PFCs I'm passing on the savings. 1100 and shipping.

This is a complete, never installed haltech setup. Thanks for looking.

Shesh, noone wants to save like 200 dollars on a Haltech?

Hassan 07-13-2003 06:37 PM

Still have it?

terminated harness is a 75 dollar option and the 2 bar map is like 100 bucks as i remember, so thats at least 100 dollars cheaper than your price...So why don't you find someone elses thread to hijack to make a sale. Also I have a friend who is a Haltech dealer and wanted to buy this setup as he couldn't get it with these options at wholesale for that price.

FrestyleFC3S 07-14-2003 10:41 AM

im not hijacking any thread to make a sale.....i was just helping out people...

i dont need to hijack your thread to sell things - sorry but i have many customers and am not hijacking

FrestyleFC3S 07-14-2003 10:41 AM

You don't know your product very well then, "standard" e6ks come as just an ECU/iat/coolant temp/tps setup with a bare wiring harness and connectors you put together yourself, the terminated harness has the connectors already installed and all the wires sheathed etc.

Here's a typical website with pricing

http://www.van-goracing.com/van-go/menu2.a...sp?Type=Haltech

1295 for the terminated harness version and 96 for the map sensor i have...

UniqueTII 07-14-2003 10:47 AM

Hitman seems to thing there's such a thing as a terminated harness, and there's no way you know as much about the Haltech as he does.

Well, Haltech calls it a harness, so I did as well, last time I checked they meant the same thing...

FrestyleFC3S 07-14-2003 10:52 AM

Being that I don't have a price sheet I went by the convetions used on their website...

UniqueTII 07-14-2003 11:02 AM

A “fully terminated” harness or wiring loom refers to the prefabrication of the wiring loom with the connectors already crimped and soldered into place. This allows the user the job just to position and affix the harness.

They seem to think a harness and loom are the same thing as well.

FrestyleFC3S 07-14-2003 11:11 AM

well- --- good luck in the sale then

Frestyle, just let it go man. If thats the price he chooses to sell it for then so be it. Next time just say what the normal price is and you think the price is high.....
