isn't that Ari Yallons car in the pics?
|
Yeah I think it is, with the american flag paint. I was using it as an example of where the manifold will place the turbos. I explained that in the description, if you thought I was trying to say that the manny was on that car or something. Your manifold looks awesome...heat shielding is insane

Thanks man. it was a pain to make. Those aren't heat shields, they're motor plates. I'm gonna change the set up later this year. good luck with selling your manifold. |
I don't mean to be an ass, So I appologize before I even say anything...
But that must be the WORST turbo manifold I have EVER seen. I saw that on ebay a couple of days ago, and I about **** myself, then puked, then fell out of the chair laughing. Those welds are nasty, and the pipe=round, and the flange=square!!! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif Someone is going to be pissed when those welds break (they don't look like they have any penetration) Sorry https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/blink.png |
the welds were done on a D setting with a speed of 4. They definitely got plenty of penetration. The pipes are just very thick and I mounded the welds on thick

Widebody2,
Where did you get that picture of the turbo setup on the RX7.com car? That picture belongs to Ari and myself and was taken from my website. I could be wrong but I remember putting a watermark on that image... Why isnt it there anymore? |
