overall condition of the box

a panspeed sticker somewhere

a sticker showing N374 to indicate it's for an S5

and some questions answered:

1.) Have you ever used it yourself, can you confirm that is powers up and works?

2.) who did you get it from previously?

3.) How long have you owned it?

4.) have you ever made any observations of the unit under use? Such as 1/4 mile time, max boost pressure achieved, dyno plot, gasoline consumption

5.) will you ship to Canada via USPS w/ desc as used car parts, indicated on teh form as "GIFT" value of less than 60 bucks

6.) Take paypal? (I have confirmed paypal w/ shipping address confirmed)

7.) how much do you want to charge for shipping via USPS Priority?
