Am I right in assuming it is for a FC?

I am curious to how loud it actually is. I once heard an mp3 of it compared to stock and Greddy Power Extreme...sounded real nice but I couldn't really tell db's. Wondering what set up you used and if the volume was really high. I have an 90 N/A, stock headers, the Bonez Superflo cat w/ presilecer and will use it as my daily driver (Downtown Chicago). If I get this will everyone stare at me during rush hour? What do you think?
