This is a Blitz ACCESS Boost up rom for the 89-91 Turbo II in Japan, this will plug right in and includes the fuel and timing maps to run 13 psi on the JDM spec engines. If you are swapping to a J-spec engine this unit is for you. Includes Speed limiter cut removal (J-spec computers are limited to 112 mph) This unit was removed from a running car and is in good shape Seals from Blitz are still intact.
