Lie # 1 - you responded to each email: I sent 3 emails after your ten business day grace period and got one reply.

When I responded to your email, I had three of them in my Inbox. Did you want me to send you the same information three times?

Lie # 2 - you didn't ship the parts according to the tracking # until 3/13... I paid on 2/11. That's over a month.

I did not lie to you and tell you that the parts shipped earlier than that? I am glad that you can count days though. That is comforting.

I wanted a full refund because you guys have no clue about how to run a business and absolutely not a shred of decent customer service. I don't give a **** if its a part time business.

Fess up. If you needed the parts, you would not have asked for refund. You got what you paid for.

I followed your policy and you still tried to **** me over.

If I was going to **** you over, would have I sent you anything to begin with? I thought that when you got fucked over was when you actually didn't get what you paid for?

Try to learn some basic customer service if you want to run any kind of business. Just lying to the customer and then flat out ignoring them is not good for a business.

Tell you what, you learn how to purchase parts online that are used and not act like a total *** and maybe next time things will go smoother. Being an *** about something does nothing more than slow the process down.

As an outsider of this transaction...here's my opinion:

From a consumer's stand point it looks a bit akward, the seller is making a point to prove that the customer the customer is wrong ***in public***, that's a no-no. Keep it private at all costs! So it took a bit longer, the customer is getting worried, answer every email with the same response if that's all you have to say, but at least answer (every single email). If it's a misunderstanding then leave it at that, the guy wants his money back, give it to him in good business practice (keep the part, or maybe even give it to him/her just to keep your name solid). Keep in mind that even if you are right in the matter, this situation will give you a higher potential loss than gain (people will be weary of buying after seeing the way you handled this situation).

Again I have no bias in this matter, just giving a business opinion.

BTW: Telling a customer that he/she is behaving like an *** (in the public eye) is definitely not a good business decision. No matter how they actually behave.

I agree with the above stated comment to some extent. Yes, it is known that "the customer is always right" but to be honest, if someone is acting like *** then I will call it that way.

About keeping it private, I was not the one to bring it out to the public forum. I was not going to have this posted and me not respond. That just looks like I am dodging the customer and not addressing the issue.

Either way, the customer got his parts and this transaction is completed.

Rick, again, I only brought it here because you would not respond to emails or a Paypal dispute. I didn't know what else to do. I didn't get your tracking # until I posted here. I didn't want to bring it public either. I don't think I was being anymore of an *** than you or your sales rep on here. Asking you for a status of shipment a few times when I get no response after ten business days for parts I paid for is not being an ***.

Your email on 2/23 told me they'd ship on 2/26. They didn't. They shipped on 3/13. That's the bottom line. And that would have been OK if you would have communicated with me but you chose instead to blow me off.

All you had to do was tell me you didn't have a chance for whatever reason. If you are honest instead of blowing off a customer who has already waited longer than he should have, then the customer will usually be fine with it. I would have been.

I'm done... I don't want to keep arguing with you and I'm sorry it had to turn out this way.

Like I said above, even if the customer is acting like an *** you shouldn't point it out (there are three sides to a story 1.his/her side 2.your side 3.the truth, fellow consumers will most likely go with his/her side since he/she is the buyer and you are the seller). I agree that he posted first, but if you would have worked it out with him/her right away then he/she might have (or as per agreement with you) posted that everything worked out and it was a misunderstanding.

Also, if your operation is divided into two parts you NEVER EVER EVER blame your other department or partner, that just shows how disorganized the whole operation is. Just doesn't look good. You also may not care, but it's your money and your business.
