Order Total w/ Shipping: $
Payment Options:

Shipping is done through FedEx Ground which is tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking number automatically, to your Paypal email once the package has been shipped from the dock. Keep in mind, this is not a full time business and I get things shipped/ pulled ASAP. If you have not received your tracking number, your package has not been shipped. Please do not repeat email me and ask for updates. This does nothing more than slow the process down. If you have not received your confirmation and 10 Business days has passed since you paid for your purchase, please email me and I will get you a status on your purchase. For all shipping questions please contact Rick at indyparts@comcast.net.
Warranty/Exchange:
I provide no warranty on any parts unless specifically stated. I describe parts to the best of my ability and in most cases do not test parts prior to removal.
Please specify with payment what you are buying, what kind of car it is for (make/model) and a telephone number in case there are any issues. If you don’t provide this information, this will just lead to a possible delay in shipment. Thank you!

THANKS. Maybe you can tell Rick to speed it up or answer his emails??? And I'm aware of your policy that "customer pays and then we decide if we feel like it in the next MONTH to ship out the parts". Your policy sucks. You don't tell the customer to send you money and you have the parts, then wait two weeks to even "head to the shop" to get them, then wait another two weeks to ship them. That is bad business.

Your tracking information is coming directly from FedEx. Your package is already been sent out.
TriadMotors is the salesmen, and has nothing to do with shipping. If you could read the payment/ shipping information that was sent to you PRIOR to you making the payment, you would have seen that Triadmotors has nothing to do with this.
Emailing someone daily for a update on a status that has not changed is a waste of time. Your parts are on the way, enjoy.
If you have any other questions, you already know my email.

Hey guys, I understand that you run a shady business. I understand your lousy policy and guess what, I WAITED TEN BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE I SENT MY FIRST EMAIL!!! I then get a response saying "I'm heading down to get your parts, should ship Monday". So basically, your policy is, wait until a customer gets pissed enough to send an email, then actually GO AND PULL THE PARTS, then wait ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO SHIP.
Even me filing a Paypal claim was not enough to get a response. Posting here was my last ditch effort. Enjoy losing customers.
Sincerely,
FCmaniac

there should be a relationship between sales and shipping here.. any reason why indyparts did not respond to inquiries about his shipment...
specially when the shipment has exceeded the posted time frame... perhaps a courtesy response would have been appropriate...
customer should not have to concern themselves of retrieval and shipment process.. instead to recieve the part thats bought and paid for in a timely manner...

Believe me, he was responded to each time that a email was recieved. If I say, it is going to be 7 days before I ship out the part and in those 7 days, I recieve 5 emails wanting to know the status, at some point you just stop responding. This person did nothing more than become a nuisance and did the same thing as most customer that get shitty. They bought a part that they did not need. They wait a week or so on the shipment, realize they don't need it and then throw up a fit wanting a refund. He specifically said, to refund his money that the part was no longer needed? This is not Wal-Mart....?

Lie # 1 - you responded to each email: I sent 3 emails after your ten business day grace period and got one reply. That one reply was you saying you were going to pull the parts and then ship on Monday which was bullshit. I then gave you time in between emails to repsond and i was very professional in the emails. Not once did I blow up and start name calling like your buddy on here who you supposedly communicate with. Lie # 2 - you didn't ship the parts according to the tracking # until 3/13... I paid on 2/11. That's over a month.
I wanted a full refund because you guys have no clue about how to run a business and absolutely not a shred of decent customer service. I don't give a **** if its a part time business. I followed your policy and you still tried to **** me over.
Try to learn some basic customer service if you want to run any kind of business. Just lying to the customer and then flat out ignoring them is not good for a business.
