1984 RX7 13b Complete Set-up For Sale, wont turn over. $300

I have 13b rotary out of a 1984 Rx7 for sale. Everything is there that is needed.
Bought the car four years ago, had a bad fuel tank so It didnt run. The engine fired useing ether. I found another 1988 Rx7 turbo in better shape so my first project got set aside. After my 88 caught on fire and burnt to the ground, I went to start on the 1984 to realize the engine had seized. Mice had inhabited the car so Im thinking there is a mouse nest in the combusion chamber keeping it from turning, I had to motor turning over half way, but it became lodged again.
Car has 73,000 Original miles.
Transmission should be in good condition, althought Im not certain.
I plan to put a Ford 351w in the car not so I dont need anything going to the Rotary. Everything on the motor is still there, alternator, distributor, starter, etc.
Tried to sell the motor on ebay but no one wanted to pay frieght costs so here I am. Im trying to get $300 out of the package. I need the room for the motor swap so Id like to sell it as soon as possible. Ill ship the motor if youd like but you have to pay shipping.
Im located in Hamilton, Ohio 45015... About 30minutes north of Cincinnati.
