Steve will be down in Delaware for a tuning session, but since I'll be coming up to rotorfest the next day I'm gonna bring Steve with me. He will be offering his tuning skills as well. The price will be $350 per car. I'm just gauging interest right now. Anyone, anyone?

Shane.Trammell 06-07-2005 04:07 PM

pimping him out huh?

vosko 06-07-2005 07:13 PM

it will be nice to see him here again

turbovr6 06-07-2005 07:37 PM

just so everyone knows, even though the "all rx-7" racing starts at 3 ish, the track will be open from 11am as usual. so if you want to tune with steve, you should beable to get some good track time in.

Scrub 06-08-2005 11:13 PM

Yeah, Steve should be in here posting this **** himself...but I figured I'd let everyone know before hand. I guess I should probably register myself for rotorfest soon too https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

wouldnt there be a liability issue with 2 ppl riding in the car down the 1/4?

Scrub 06-18-2005 01:11 AM

1/4 mile isn't enough room to do tuning runs. Are there any highways in the area?

Rt 80 is what you actually take to get there. it is 3-4 lanes..........

Scrub 06-21-2005 08:47 AM

that should work, Vosko you would know if it's long enough. Is police enforcement an issue up there?

vosko 06-21-2005 08:59 AM

street tuning is better. this is NJ there is police enforcement on every highway. i would suggest a radar detector

Rob x-7 06-21-2005 08:09 PM

I would also suggest everyone not act like ******* animals so Jay doesnt have to find another place for rotorfest next year since we keep getting kicked out .

In other words- drive normal around the place

WORD!!!!!! Just remember this year the track runs everything, so they won't be as nice as I am. They WILL kick you out for speeding in the pits.

FikseRxSeven 06-29-2005 01:14 AM

valentine 1 and lead blocker would work for tuning https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

(scrub's idea)

Apex13B 07-04-2005 12:18 PM

tune your car on a ****** dyno, and behave

Scrub 07-05-2005 03:38 PM

Thanks for your concern, but if you are not interested in tuning please refrain from posting in this thread. BTW tuning on the street puts more load on the car and is more accurate.

Thanks for your time.
