i wanna put a rotary in a 98 s10 or a tacoma same year.

does anyone know of someone who has actually swapped an engine...

My question is can it be done and will it fit.

I am sure it was fit, I certainly have never heard of anyone doing it, just out of curiousity what makes you want to do that swap?

A 12a will just about drop into a mazda pickup, 13b can pe thrown in to with a little tweaking.. Chevy? Toyota?? screw that crap!

Mazda has some ugly ass trucks.

I am going to buy a 20b ,I just said 13b for information purposes and I want to do a truck up.So I figure If I can combine the two I would be there.

The S10 would probably weigh more than a RX7 when completed. The Vortex V6 will probably have more power and torque at the bottom end, so the project would be a little slower off the line.

I do not think that a rotary in a tacoma is better than the toyota V6. At 190hp and 220lb/ft, you would be hard tasked to equall or beat the V6, and at a cost of more than a new V6, why? Just get a tacoma and bolt a TRD supercharger to it.

As for a rotary pickup, I have always wanted a rotary mazda b2000 or b2200 or somthing. I have seen a few here and there for sale, but never when I have the money.
