I have a 76 rx4 13b and I'm looking for parts to cut back on the restoration cost. Restoration will take place within a year. The dashboard is my main concern now but the hood can wait til then. Thanks

Hey Vader, what sort of info/parts you after and where abouts are you? I've got a bit of gear in the shed but there's a fair amount of RX4 stuff over here. Is it a coupe or a sedan? I used to have a RX4 coupe but it was a '72 model with a factory 12A twin dissy in it. Not the most exilerating rotary I've ever owned. I think I still have the roof console out of it somewhere. Let us know. B)

all i can suggest is to keep your eyes open at the rotary forums and thepartstrader.com

Wooffinn

I've a coupe but when I look at pictures the front design must different in the states. I bought the car about 4 months ago and I'm just trying to find out as much as I can.

Treceb

I'll take a look. Racingbeat.com said they'll have a new catalog for performance parts out this month.

thanks both for your help and I'll check back next week B)

No worries Vader, any questions just ask, I'm an old school rotary fan, so it doesn't where in the world it is, just as long as it's on the road! One of the main differences you'll probably notice is all your early mazdas had the 'safety bumpers' fitted to them.[the sprung loaded, oversize bars] We never had any of our mazdas fitted with them so our bumpers are about a third of the size in comparision. I think the rear lower panels were different too[ie exhaust size/type]. I'll see what I can find out. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png
