OS at www.osengines.com makes a rotary engine for rc airplanes but from the specs they provide suck only like 17,000 rpm but also keep in mind it was for airplain aplication not car

The engine is available, and if you go to iluvmyrx7.com you can find a picture of one modified to fit a RC car..
