Yup, definately going to 7stock. But I dont have a nopistons t-shirt https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/sad.png. Ill be wearing my atkins rotary shirt with a giant rotor on the back. I dont really go to 510 meets. But theres a swapmeet twice a year at a place called TRS motorsports. A bunch of cool people, everyone is really nice. Hopefully my car will be ready, but I might be cutting it too close.

My friend lives in Sunland.. On strathern and Tujunga.. Crazy.. I also have a budy who works on rotaries on Glenoaks by the freeway exit..

Whoa. Theres a guy by me who has a blue Rx-3 drag car, its clean as hell too. He also has an Rx-2 which looks like a work in progress. Damn I gotta talk to him.

Thanks, I dunno if my car will be done in time though. I will most likely be catching a ride with my dad. As I am only 16, so yea. I sure hope I can get my car done in time, we've worked so hard on it. Theres still a whole list of things to finish though. Ill be sure to stop by and say hello.

Sorry I dont know. I just go by there just about every day. Whoever it is they havent been active lately.

did u have to have the tranny welded or anything? also what kind of mounts did ya use? carbed or fuel injected?

Nope the tranny wasnt welded, the stock tunnel had to be cut out and a wider one had to be welded back in so the tranny could fit. The mounts I think are from a 2nd gen, Im not too sure but they should work fine. Its an Rx-2 carb for now, in the future maybe a weber. It cranked the other day and its loud as hell, thanks to the open headers. But Im having carb troubles, the float was stuck but got adjusted and should work. The fuel regulator locked up, which means- powerful fuel pump + broken regulator = gas everywhere. Sorry for the long post.

Its still at the shop but almost done! Im not sure if Im going to be there this weekend, still gotta work things out. The wiring is almost done and a few minor things need to be hooked up. That would be bitchin if you wanna take a look at it.

The drivetrain will be the first thing ready. But I also need a another seat, seeing that I only have one. Just ordered an autopower race roll bar (w00t), and a momo montecarlo steering wheel. The body still needs some work, but I'll be sure to PM you when its ready.
