i think this should be enough fun for me to hurt myself with..

GreyGT-C 04-14-2005 10:55 PM

obviously i have ALOT to finish on it....

rowtareh 04-14-2005 11:03 PM

Awesome. Gonna boost it? Would be kind of pointless on a 400-500 pound frame. Hell, with 100hp to the wheels that thing would fly.

GreyGT-C 04-14-2005 11:08 PM

no boost..................yet. But like you said, it's light as hell . I carried the frame into the garage by myself tonight without having to drag it. I suspect that the finished project will be about 800lbs.

rowtareh 04-14-2005 11:17 PM

boost would be cool.****, ****** throw a full bridgeport on there. boost would scare me on something that light.

GreyGT-C 04-14-2005 11:21 PM

i plan to scare myself enough with the 20B FD... i want this to be fun... not **** myself everytime i drive it.

That is awsome, a friend of mine wants the old 12a twin-dizzy that I yanked out of my Rx-2 for his go cart. One gear and chain driven is the way to go.

**Update**

After 3 days and absurd amounts of beer, I have finished HAND sanding the rail. Weather permitting, i'll scuff it and paint it candy apple red tommorrow night.

My hands are raw now.....

nopistons94 04-17-2005 11:03 PM

can i drive it ?

GreyGT-C 04-18-2005 12:05 AM

it runs about as much as your red seats in the driveway do right now... but sure.
