[attachment=41914:attachment][attachment=41915:attachment]I have a 1988 rx7 fc with a fd swap I bought a whole front clip so it came with motor, trans, ecu and wire harness I hae it all in, but I can't figure out what wires on the new harness work the fuel pump. I put power to some of the contacts and figured out the tail lights and all that, but the only way I can get the fuel pump to work is to wire it directbut then it runs all the time even with the ignition off. I just need to know what the color codes are on the new wire harness in the front to hook to the old harness in the rear. If anyone knows let me know as soon as possible. PS yeah I know the car is red with a blue engine bay but I I have the paint to paint the whole car I just want to get th motor work done so I don't mess up the paint.

I am not 100% about what wire you want on the harness but the wire heading to the fuel pump should run from the relay box.

I am about to do this same swap on my 10th AE ... what mounts did you use or did you fab something???

I took the fd mounts cut out the center piece with the mounts, cut my mounts out of the fc and welded in the fd mounts took lots of time but deffinitly worth it. The way I did it you could never tell it was two pieces. heres the pics it takes lots of measurements but everyting fits perfect. I also had to modify the trans mount extremely. I think that was harder to do than the motor mounts.
