Being able to take apart and rebuild the motor,porting the engine/manifolds and polishing the intake manifold,alternator and anything that can be polished and powercoated?What tools do I need please list.

i would read the chapter in the FSM regarding engine rebuilding, that says everything single tool, mazda or non mazda specific u need to use to rebuild an engine back to factory specs

Die grinder (air or electric). Preferably not dremel as it's not really designed for it. Big and small carbide burrs, sandpaper scrolls. You can buy a porting kit eg on eastwood's etc. Have some practice goes first- it's very easy to stuff yuor plates/housings if you don't know what you're doing.

not to be an ass, but if you can't find the link for eastwood OR do a search on the forum for porting tools: YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS MESSING WITH A ROTARY!
