Hey whats going on NP people?Nothing much here except looking around for an FD possibly an FC,leaning back towards a FD again.
Anyway im posting about the special tools that are going to be needed to disassemble and reassemble the rotary engine. What do I get?Where do I get these tools at a local rotary shop?Lastlly how much will these tools run me?$?Thanks all! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/unsure.png |
I've said this a crap load of times, but if your serious about doing this kinda stuff, you need to read through and fully inderstand the factory service manual and the haynes manual (if your buying a second gen). And if you want a video walkthrough of the process buy the Bruce Turentine rebuild video.
How many times do you have to be told? If you would just listen and research almost all of your questions would be answered already https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683664.gif |
I have a haynes manual on its way allready, you didnt answer my question. What tools do I need not what booklet I need.

The Mazda FSM is available for download on the internet in numerous places, just try searching, it's a big download though, basically the pages scanned in as images and stored in a PDF file. |
Thanks pengaru.

the manual tells you what tools are needed for the job...you will likely want to pick up a Mazda FSM like mentioned above...The video is also helpful
