I ready to order so new parts for my ex s4 13bt block now going n/a. I was going to order a new springs, new water seals, new side seals reuseing my old apex, corner seals without the rubbers. Does this sound alright also should i be using s6 corner seals and springs ect???

get the o ring set, its cheaper than buying the water seals seperate, at least from mazda.

get the fd corner seal springs, NF01-11-C24

i'd still use the corner seal plugs, they arent expensive N326-11-C22A

on stuff like this, you have to hope its good when it comes apart, but be ready to order something if it needs it

yeah ive pulled it apart and its all good but i broke some of those oil scrapers ( ithink thats what they are) when removing. Should i be buying new apex springs, side seal springs, corner seal and oil scraper springs?

depends on mileage and abuse. but the more new stuff the better, especially with the springs. the side seals make a big difference too

I read on this forum that when you go larger ports you should remove the rubbers from the corner seals as they can fall out? im thinking of going quite large extended port. Am i right or is this all just wrong??

Thanks for replying and answering my qs https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

yeah if the port is big enough for them to fall in, they prolly will, so might as well leave em out
